1. Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, inventory valuation, and consumption reports.
2. Oversee the full spectrum of day-to-day accounting activities such as invoice processing, bank entries, revenue recognition, and petty cash management.
3. Review and approve cash flow reports, operational payments, and other key payment schedules.
4. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, ageing analysis, and preparation of financial reports for management oversight.
5. Manage annual audit processes and liaise with external/Internal auditors, regulatory bodies.
6. Develop, enhance, and enforce internal accounting controls, accounting systems, and compliance procedures.
7. Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support management decisions.
8. Supervise, mentor, and develop account team members to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
